hey did you know the internet was down...?

well, the net went down for a little bit today cause the router froze up...

It's always great when that happens because it shows off the general lack of communication that goes in on our office...

As soon as I notice the internet is down i send out an email to everyone, just saying hey the internets down, i dont know why yet, i'm workin on it

about 5 mins later:

co-worker #1: hey man the internets broken
matt: yeah i know, did you get your email
co-worker #1: i saw somethign from you but i didnt read it
matt: cool... it said the internet was down, and I'm workin on it...
co-worker #1: oh ok, well let me know when its up
matt: you'll be the second person to know
co-worker #1: who will be the first?
matt: ...


moments later

co-worker #2: hey matt, i dunno if you noticed but the internets down....
matt: yeah i noticed, i sent everyone an email saying i was working on it...
co-worker #2: oh ok, i didnt check it, i just wanted to make sure that you knew...
matt: awesome

moments later

co-worker #3: hey matt, i saw that co-worker #2 was talkin to you, but i dunno if she mentioned that the internet was down
matt: ...
matt: i sent an email saying that the internet was down, and i'm workin on it...
c0-worker #3: oh yeah, i got that email
matt: ...
matt: ...


the finale

co-worker #4: hey matt, i got your email saying the internet was down, that was a great idea letting everyone know
matt: well in theory at least...
co-worker #4: anyways, i was just wondering if it was back up again, cause i just tried to sign on to AIM and it didn't work
matt: ...
